Executive Brief
The Assignment Was Not Simply to Market Expeditions. It Was to Create the Business and the Experience Being Sold.
Wild Earth was developed as a global expedition company for small groups of travelers seeking remote, physically demanding, and highly curated experiences. Unicus helped shape the venture from its earliest concept, including the company name, brand identity, market position, website, booking technology, mobile application, and customer process.
The work extended beyond the digital and promotional system. Unicus also supported expedition promotion, customer booking, trip planning, international coordination, and the execution of real journeys built around wildlife, culture, remote landscapes, villages, monasteries, and difficult-to-reach destinations.
Business Mandate
Build a Credible Expedition Company Around One Connected Customer and Operating System.
The brand promise depended on the complete experience. Market positioning, expedition information, booking tools, customer communications, trip preparation, international coordination, and field execution all had to support the same high-expectation traveler.

Business concept, naming, identity, positioning, digital platform, promotional system, and operating process created as one venture.
Expedition-search, customer-registration, booking, mobile, and traveler-management capabilities developed for the operating model.
Limited-capacity journeys created for travelers seeking remote, physically demanding, and highly curated experiences.
Real expedition offerings promoted, booked, planned, and supported in India, the Himalayas, and other remote destinations.
Business Significance
The Brand Promise and the Customer Experience Were Built as the Same Operating System.
Wild Earth required every layer of the venture to agree: what was promoted, how travelers evaluated and booked it, what they were told to expect, how the expedition was planned, and what was delivered in the field. Unicus helped connect those layers from the original business concept through international execution.
